Common use of Claims by Contractor’s Employees Clause in Contracts

Claims by Contractor’s Employees. Contractor shall, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify, defend and save harmless Operator, and Operator’s Indemnified Persons from and against any and all Damages by any employee(s) of Contractor arising out of or in consequence of Contractor’s performance under this Agreement and/or of the Services, regardless of whether the Damages are actually or allegedly caused by the negligence of Operator or Operator’s Indemnified Persons, or any other person or entity and regardless of whether such negligence precedes the execution of this Agreement.

Claims by Contractor’s Employees. Contractor shall, to the extent permitted by law, indemnify, defend and save harmless OperatorOwner, and OperatorOwner’s Indemnified Persons from and against any and all Damages claims, demands, or suits of any kind or nature whatsoever by any employee(s) employees of Contractor arising out of or in consequence of Contractor’s performance under this Agreement and/or of the ServicesAgreement, regardless of whether the Damages such claims, demands, or suits are actually or allegedly caused by the negligence of Operator Owner or OperatorOwner’s Indemnified Persons, or any other person or entity and regardless of whether such negligence precedes the execution of this Agreement.
