Common use of Claims by Supplier Clause in Contracts

Claims by Supplier. Any action or proceeding by Supplier under any Agreement must be commenced no later than one (1) year after the alleged breach or other event giving rise to Supplier’s claim occurs without regard to the date the breach is discovered. Any Supplier action not brought within that year time period shall be barred, without regard to any other limitations period set forth by law or statute.
