Common use of Claims, Counter-Claims, Disputes, Etc Clause in Contracts

Claims, Counter-Claims, Disputes, Etc. All claims, counter-claims, disputes, and other matters in questions between the ENGINEER and the City of Mexico Beach will be first reviewed by authorized representatives of both parties for a recommended solution. If no solution or resolution is forthcoming, such disputes will be decided by a court of competent jurisdiction convened in the State of Florida.
