Claims for Other Than Professional Liability. Grantee shall defend, save, and hold the City of Portland and its officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against all claims, suits, or actions of whatsoever nature, including intentional acts, resulting from or arising out of the activities of Grantee or its subgrantees, subcontractors, agents, or employees under this Agreement.
