CLAIMS FOR OTHER THAN PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY. Architect shall indemnify, hold harmless and defend the Owner and its officers, board members, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of, or relating to the activities of the Architect or the Architect’s Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement or amendment hereto.

Architect shall indemnify, save, defend, and hold harmless and defend the Owner (its colleges and universities, and its and their officers, board members, agents, and employees employees) from and against all claims, suits, actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs costs, and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting fromnature, arising out ofincluding intentional acts, or relating to the extent caused by the activities of the Architect or the Architect’s and/or its Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractorsventures, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any amendment or supplement or amendment hereto.
