Common use of Claims for Professional Liability Clause in Contracts

Claims for Professional Liability. Architect shall save, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its officers, board members, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits or actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of or relating to the professional negligent acts, errors or omissions of Architect or its Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement or amendment hereto.

Architect shall save, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its officers, board memberstrustees, agents, and employees from and against all claims, suits or actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of or relating to the professional negligent acts, errors or omissions of Architect or its Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractors, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any supplement or amendment hereto.

Architect shall save, defend, indemnify indemnify, and hold harmless the Owner (its colleges and universities, and its and their officers, board members, agents, and employees employees) from and against all claims, suits or actions, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and costs, or expenses of whatsoever nature resulting from, arising out of or relating to the extent caused by the professional negligent acts, errors or omissions of Architect or and/or its Consultants, partners, joint venturers, subcontractorsventures, officers, agents or employees acting under or pursuant to this Agreement or any amendment or supplement or amendment hereto.
