Common use of Claims Preparation Costs Clause in Contracts

Claims Preparation Costs. The cover by each section of this agreement is extended to include costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the participant in producing and certifying any particulars or details required by the company in terms of general condition 6 or to substantiate the amount of any claim, provided that the liability of the company for such costs in respect of any one claim is R50 000, plus any amount stated in the statement of cover to each section against an item for additional claim preparation costs.

Claims Preparation Costs. The cover provided by each section of this agreement is extended to include costs and expenses reasonably incurred by the participant in producing and certifying any particulars or details required by the company in terms of general condition 6 or to substantiate the amount of any claim, provided that the liability of the company for such costs in respect of any one claim is R50 000shall not exceed in respect of a particular section, R30,000 plus any amount stated in the statement table of cover benefits to each section against an item for additional claim preparation costs.
