Common use of Claims Procedure Clause in Contracts

Claims Procedure. The Company shall notify any person or entity that makes a claim against the Agreement (the "Claimant") in writing, within ninety (90) days of Claimant's written application for benefits, of his or her eligibility or noneligibility for benefits under the Agreement.
