HDC shall, on behalf and in the name of P.C., be exclusively responsible for processing all claims and bills, and for collecting all moneys related thereto, for Medical Services rendered by P.C. In this connection, P.C. appoints HDC for the term of this Agreement its true and lawful agent, and shall assure that such appointment is effective for P.C.'s Medical Practitioners for the following purposes:
