Clarifying and Backup Data. Upon reasonable request by Merck, Medco will use its best efforts to provide clarifications to and explanatory data for the reports and statistics specified in Schedule Section 2.3, subject to Medco's duty to safeguard patient information under Article IX of this Agreement.
