Common use of Class A Monthly Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Class A Monthly Servicing Fee. On each Transfer Date, the ----------------------------- Servicer or the Trustee, acting in accordance with instructions from the Servicer, shall withdraw from the Finance Charge Account, to the extent funds are available from such Class A Available Funds after giving effect to the withdrawals pursuant to subsection 4.6(a)(i), an amount equal to the Class A Monthly Servicing Fee accrued in respect of the preceding Monthly Period, plus all accrued and unpaid Class A Monthly Servicing Fees in respect of previous Monthly Periods, and the Servicer or the Trustee, as the case may be, shall pay such amount to the Servicer.
