Common use of Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”) Clause in Contracts

Class Action Fairness Act (“CAFA”). Within ten days of the date that this Agreement is filed in the District Court for Preliminary Approval, Defendant will provide the Notice of this Settlement Agreement as required by the Class Action Fairness Act (28 U.S.C. § 1715(b)) to the U.S. Attorney General, the California Attorney General’s Office, and/or any other necessary parties.
