Common use of Class C Shares Clause in Contracts

Class C Shares. (i) As compensation for providing services under this Agreement, (A) the Underwriter shall receive from each Fund distribution and service fees under the terms and conditions set forth in the Plan for the Funds adopted under Rule 12b-1 under the 1940 Act, as that Plan may be amended from time to time and subject to any further limitation on such fees as the Trustees may impose, and (B) the Underwriter shall receive from each Fund all CDSCs applied on redemption of Class C shares of the Funds. Whether and to what extent a CDSC will be imposed with respect to a redemption shall be determined in accordance with, and in a manner set forth in, each Fund's current Prospectus.

Class C Shares.
