Class C Shares. For the avoidance of doubt, other than any right to consent to amendments to this Agreement in accordance with Section 13.3(b) or Section 13.3(c) and the right to vote in the election of Eligible Directors in accordance with Section 13.4(c), the Class C Shareholders have no voting or consent rights under this Agreement.
