Class Distribution. Every effort will be made to resolve, on a departmental level, through the cooperative effort of all department members, problems arising in connection with distribution of preparations and ability levels. No teacher shall teach more than three (3) consecutive assignments without the teacher's consent. An effort should be made to minimize teacher preparations to three (3) except where numerous course selections or special circumstances exist. Every ability level constitutes a preparation.
