Class I. Written notice of the nature of the offense; right for the member of the bargaining unit to have a conference with the building principal or immediate supervisor in which such member shall be given the opportunity to show cause why the sanction should not be imposed; written disposition of the matter within five (5) working days from the date of the conference; the right for the member to be represented by an officer of the Local Chapter or the OAPSE Field Representative.
