Common use of Class Member Information Solely for Purposes of Notice Clause in Contracts

Class Member Information Solely for Purposes of Notice. Any information relating to Settlement Class Members provided to the Settlement Administrator pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided solely for the purpose of providing Notice to Settlement Class Members and allowing them to recover under this Agreement; shall be kept in strict confidence by the Parties, their counsel, and the Settlement Administrator; shall not be disclosed to any third party; shall be destroyed after all distributions to Settlement Class Members have been made; and shall not be used for any other purpose.
