Common use of Class Member Information Clause in Contracts

Class Member Information. No later than fourteen (14) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, TMH shall provide the Claims Administrator with the name, email address (where available), and last known physical address of each Settlement Class Member (collectively, “Class Member Information”) that TMH possesses. • The Class Member Information and its contents shall be used by the Claims Administrator solely for the purpose of performing its obligations pursuant to this Settlement Agreement and shall not be used for any other purpose at any time. Except to administer the settlement as provided in this Settlement Agreement, or provide all data and information in its possession to the Settling Parties upon request, the Claims Administrator shall not reproduce, copy, store, or distribute in any form, electronic or otherwise, the Class Member Information.

Defendants warrant and last known physical address of each represent that they will provide the most current Class Member Information for all Settlement Class Member (collectively, “Class Member Information”) that TMH possesses. • Members. i.
