Common use of Class Notice Clause in Contracts

Class Notice. “Class Notice” means the Court-approved form of notice to the Class mutually prepared and agreed upon by the Parties, informing the Class of, among other things, (i) the preliminary approval of the Settlement; (ii) the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing; (iii) their opportunity to participate in, object to, or exclude themselves from, the Settlement; and (iv) their opportunity to submit a Claim.

Class Notice. “Class Notice” means shall mean the Court-approved form of notice to the Class Class, mutually prepared and agreed upon by the Parties, informing the Class of, among other things, (i) the preliminary approval of the Settlement; (ii) the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing; (iii) their opportunity to participate in, object to, or exclude themselves from, the Settlement; and (iv) their opportunity to submit a Claim.;

Class Notice. “Class Notice” means the Court-approved form of notice substantially similar to the Class Exhibit B hereto, mutually prepared and agreed upon by the Parties, informing the Class of, among other things, (i) the preliminary approval of the Settlementthis Agreement; (ii) the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing; (iii) their opportunity to participate in, object to, or exclude themselves from, the Settlementfrom this Agreement; and (iv) their opportunity benefits generally available to submit a ClaimSettlement Class Members under the Agreement.

Class Notice. “Class Notice” means the Court-approved form of notice to the Class substantially similar to Exhibit “2” hereto, mutually prepared and agreed upon by the Parties, informing the Class of, among other things, (i) the preliminary approval of the Settlement; (ii) the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing; (iii) their opportunity to participate in, object to, or exclude themselves from, the Settlement; and (iv) their opportunity to submit a Claim.

Class Notice. “Class Notice” means shall mean the Court-approved form of notice Short Form Notice and/or Long Form Notice substantially similar to the Class Exhibits B and C hereto, mutually prepared and agreed upon by the Parties, informing the Class of, among other things, (i) the preliminary approval of the Settlement; (ii) the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing; (iii) their opportunity to participate in, object to, or exclude themselves from, from the Settlement; and (iv) their opportunity to submit a Claim.

Class Notice. “Class Notice” or “Settlement Class Notice” means the Court-Court- approved form of notice to current and former owners and lessees of Class Vehicles, in substantially the Class mutually prepared and agreed upon by the Parties, same form as that attached hereto as Exhibit “A,” informing the Class them of, among other things, the (i) the preliminary approval of the Settlement; (ii) the scheduling of the Final Approval Hearing; (iii) their opportunity to participate in, object to, or exclude themselves from, the Settlement; and (iv) their opportunity to submit a Claim.claim; (iv) opportunity to submit an objection; and
