Settlement Website. Within ten (10) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, Notice shall be provided on a website at an available settlement URL (such as, for example, xxx.XXxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) which shall be obtained, administered and maintained by the Settlement Administrator and shall include the ability to file Claim Forms on- line, provided that such Claim Forms, if signed electronically, will be binding for purposes of applicable law and contain a statement to that effect. The Notice provided on the Settlement Website shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
Settlement Website. Prior to the dissemination of the Short Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish the Settlement Website, that will inform Settlement Class Members of the terms of this Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines and related information. The Settlement Website shall include, in .pdf format and available for download, the following: (i) the Long Notice; (ii) the Claim Form;
Settlement Website. By the deadline for disseminating the Class Notice, the Claims Administrator shall establish and maintain the Settlement Website, which, among other things, (i) enables Settlement Class Members to submit a claim and access and download the Settlement Claim Form; (ii) provides contact information for Class Counsel, and (iii) provides access to relevant documents. Such documents shall include this Agreement and Class Notice; the Preliminary Approval Order; the Complaint; and, when filed, the Order of Final Approval. The Class Notice shall include the address (URL) of xxx.XxxxxXXXXxxxxxxxxxx.xxx for the Settlement Website. The Claims Administrator shall maintain the Settlement Website until at least 45 days following the mailing of settlement checks to the Settlement Class Members.
Settlement Website. Settlement Website. A website created and maintained by the Settlement Administrator for the purpose of providing the Settlement Class with notice of the proposed settlement. This website will allow Settlement Class Members to submit Claims and opt-out of the Agreement.
Settlement Website. As part of the Notice Plan, prior to any dissemination of the Summary Notice and prior to the Notice Date, the Settlement Administrator shall cause the Settlement Website to be launched on the Internet in accordance with this Agreement. The Settlement Administrator shall create the Settlement Website. The Settlement Website shall contain information regarding how to submit Claim Forms (including submitting Claims Forms electronically through the Settlement Website) and relevant documents, including, but not limited to, the Long Form Notice, the Claim Form, this Agreement, the Preliminary Approval Order entered by the Court, and the operative Consolidated Class Action Complaint in the Action, and will (on its URL landing page) notify the Settlement Class of the date, time, and place of the Final Approval Hearing. The Settlement Website shall also provide the toll-free telephone number and mailing address through which Class Members may contact the Settlement Administrator directly. The Settlement Website shall also allow for submission of Requests for Exclusion electronically through the Settlement Website.
Settlement Website. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and no later than the first date that the e-mailing or the mailing of the Notice occurs, or as may be extended by the Court on application of the Parties, the Settlement Administrator shall establish a website containing the Notice and this Agreement and its exhibits (the “Settlement Website”). The Notice will identify the web address of the Settlement Website.
Settlement Website. Within thirty (30) days from entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, the Notice shall be provided on a website at an available URL (such as, for example, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) which shall be obtained, administered and maintained by the Settlement Administrator. The Parties agree that copies of this Agreement, the Notice, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Preliminary Approval of the Class Action Settlement, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, and Incentive Award, Plaintiffs’ Motion for Final Approval of the Class Action Settlement, and copies of the Court’s Preliminary and Final Approval Orders of the Settlement will also be posted to the Settlement Website.
Settlement Website. The Class Action Settlement Administrator shall establish a Settlement Website that will inform Class Members of the terms of this Agreement, their rights, dates and deadlines and related information. The Settlement Website shall include, in .pdf format, materials agreed upon by the Parties and/or required by the Court.
Settlement Website. The Administrator shall establish a Settlement Website as a means for Settlement Class members to obtain notice of, and information about, the Settlement. The Settlement Website shall be established as soon as practicable following Preliminary Approval, but no later than before commencement of the Class Notice program. The Settlement Website shall include to the Settlement, the Long-Form Notice, the Preliminary Approval Order, and other such documents as Class Counsel and counsel for Defendant agree to include. These documents shall remain on the Settlement Website until at least sixty (60) days following the Claim Deadline.
