Common use of Class Notice Clause in Contracts

Class Notice. The Class Notice will provide that the Class Members who wish to object to the Settlement may do so in writing, signed, dated, and mailed to the Settlement Administrator postmarked no later than the Response Deadline.

The Class Notice will provide that the Class Members who wish to object to the Settlement may do so in writing, signed, dated, and mailed by submitting a written objection to the Settlement Administrator by the Response Deadline. Class Members may submit objections by faxing or emailing them to the Settlement Administrator by the Response Deadline or mailing them to the Settlement Administrator by regular U.S. mail, postmarked no later than by the Response Deadline.
