Class Notification Procedures. 4.1. Provision of Information to the Settlement Administrator. As soon as practicable but starting no later than fourteen (14) days after entry of the Preliminary Approval Order, StubHub shall provide the Settlement Administrator the Class Member List in an electronic format. In preparing the Class Member List, StubHub may rely on its reasonably available electronic records and is only obligated to provide the last known mailing address and email address as they presently exist in its business records.
