Common use of Class Representative Enhancement Payment Clause in Contracts

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant will not object to a request for a Class Representative Enhancement Payment of up to $10,000.00 for each Class Representative’s Enhancement Payment (total up to $20,000.00) for their time and risks in prosecuting this case and their service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiffs’ Individual Settlement Payment as a Settlement Class Member, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 by the Claims Administrator.

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant Defendants will not object to a request for a Class Representative Enhancement Payment of up to $10,000.00 7,500.00 for each the Class Representative’s Enhancement Payment (total up to $20,000.00) for their his time and risks in prosecuting this case and their his service to the Settlement Class.
