Common use of Class Representative Enhancement Payment Clause in Contracts

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant will not object to a request for Class Representative Enhancement Payment of $5,000.00 for Plaintiff’s time and risk in prosecuting this case and Plaintiff’s service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Settlement Award as a Settlement Class member, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 issued by the Settlement Administrator.

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant will not object to a request for Class Representative Enhancement Payment of $5,000.00 for Plaintiff’s time and risk in prosecuting this case and Plaintiff’s service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Individual Settlement Award Payment as a Settlement Class member, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 issued by the Settlement Administrator.

Class Representative Enhancement Payment. Defendant Defendants will not object to a request for Class Representative Enhancement Payment of $5,000.00 in exchange for the general release of Plaintiff’s claims, and in recognition of his time and risk in prosecuting this case case, and Plaintiff’s service to the Settlement Class. This award will be in addition to Plaintiff’s Individual Settlement Award Payment as a Settlement Class member, and shall be reported on an IRS Form 1099 issued by the Settlement Administrator.
