Class Notice or Notice. The “Notice of Class Action Settlement” or “Notice” shall mean the notice to be provided to all Class Members regarding the terms of this Settlement, substantially like the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, subject to Court approval. The Notice shall constitute class notice pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.769 (f) and, once approved by the Court shall be deemed compliant with California Rule of Court 3.766.
Class Notice or Notice. The Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement, in a long form and short form and the contents of both forms will be agreed to by the Parties, subject to Court approval.
