Common use of Class XP Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Class XP Reserve Account. (a) The Master Servicer shall establish and maintain with itself a separate, segregated trust account, which shall be an Eligible Account, titled "Reserve Account, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Master Servicer f/b/o Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2004-8, Class XP". On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit $100 into the Class XP Reserve Account. Funds on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held in trust by the Master Servicer for the holder of the Class XP Certificate. (b) The amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held uninvested. On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, which Prepayment Period is the month of June 2010, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee and provide instruction to the Trustee to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.

Class XP Reserve Account. (a) The Master Servicer shall establish and maintain with itself a separate, segregated trust account, which shall be an Eligible Account, titled "“Reserve Account, Xxxxx Fargo BankBank Minnesota, National Association, as Master Servicer f/b/o Bear Xxxxxxx ALT-A Trust 2004-8Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 20042003-82, Class XP"”. On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit $100 into the Class XP Reserve Account. Funds on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held in trust by the Master Servicer for the holder of the Class XP Certificate. (b) The amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held uninvested. On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, Mortgagor which Prepayment Period is the month of June 2010July 2008, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee and provide instruction to the Trustee to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.

(b) The amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held uninvested. On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, which Prepayment Period is the month of June July 2010, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee and provide instruction to the Trustee to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.

(b) The amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held uninvested. On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, which Prepayment Period is the month of June May 2010, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee and provide instruction to the Trustee to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.

On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Group I Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, which Prepayment Period is the month of June 2010April 2011, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee Securities Administrator and provide written instruction to the Trustee Securities Administrator to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate Certificates in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.

(b) The amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held uninvested. On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Group I Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, which Prepayment Period is the month of June September 2010, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee and provide written instruction to the Trustee to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate Certificates in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.

On the Closing Date, the Depositor shall deposit $100 into the Class XP Reserve Account. Funds on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held in trust by the Master Servicer for the holder of the Class XP Certificate. (b) The amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account shall be held uninvested. On the earlier of (x) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date on which all the assets of the Trust Fund are repurchased as described in Section 10.01(a) and (y) the Business Day prior to the Distribution Date immediately following the Prepayment Period during which the last Prepayment Charge on the Mortgage Loans is payable by the related Mortgagor, which Prepayment Period is the month of June March 2010, the Master Servicer shall withdraw the amount on deposit in the Class XP Reserve Account and remit such amount to the Trustee and provide instruction to the Trustee to pay such amount to the Class XP Certificate in reduction of the Certificate Principal Balance thereof.
