Classes of Information. 2.1 The University will provide the Union with the types of Student Data set out in Annex 1. 2.2 The Union will provide the University with the types of Personal Data set out in Annex 1. 2.3 No sensitive personal data will be transferred between the two parties. 2.4 The University will provide data and will exclude those students who choose to opt out of their data being shared in accordance with clause 13.
