Common use of Classes of Trust Fund Certificates Clause in Contracts

Classes of Trust Fund Certificates. The Trust Fund Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into the Classes listed on the cover of the Prospectus Supplement (other than the Class 97-RL Certificate), which Classes shall have the Class designations, original Class Balances, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement; provided, however, that the initial Interest Rates for the XJ, XW, TW and SW Classes (as specified in the Prospectus Supplement) shall be 11.16000%, 3.91786%, 6.50000% and 15.07786%, respectively.

The Trust Fund Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into the Classes listed on the cover of the Prospectus Supplement (other than the Class 9764-RL Certificate), which Classes shall have the Class designations, original Class Balances, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement; provided, however, that the initial Interest Rates Rate for the XJ, XW, TW and SW Classes (as specified in the Prospectus Supplement) FJ Class shall be 11.160007.29%, 3.91786and the initial Interest Rate for the SJ Class shall be 7.29%, 6.50000% and 15.07786%, respectively.

The Trust Fund Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into the Classes listed on the cover of the Prospectus Supplement (other than the Class 9731-RL Certificate), which Classes shall have the Class designations, original Class Balances, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement; provided, however, that the initial Interest Rates for the XJ, XW, TW and SW Classes (as specified in the Prospectus Supplement) listed below shall be 11.16000as follows: TA 9.35000% UA 0.87812% UB 0.50000% SC 3.51000% SD 4.80190% SE 5.84560% SB 1.37812% SF 5.84560%, 3.91786%, 6.50000% and 15.07786%, respectively.

The Trust Fund Certificates authorized by this Trust Agreement shall be divided into the Classes listed on the cover of the Prospectus Supplement (other than the Class 9751-RL Certificate), which Classes shall have the Class designations, original Class Balances, Interest Rates and Final Distribution Dates specified in the Prospectus Supplement; provided, however, that the initial Interest Rates for the XJ, XW, TW and SW Classes (as specified in the Prospectus Supplement) below shall be 11.16000as follows: Class Interest Rate SG 18.2800% SH 2.37971% SY 18.2800%, 3.91786%, 6.50000% and 15.07786%, respectively.
