Common use of CLASSIFICATION STATUS Clause in Contracts

CLASSIFICATION STATUS. An employee on temporary assignment away from Fort Xxxxxx will not be affected by any change in classification status, under Sections 4.7 or 35.1, until his return to Fort Xxxxxx or until after 90 days whichever is sooner. Changes under Sections 35.7, 35.8, 35.9, 35.10 or 35.11 will be effective upon return to Fort Xxxxxx. For employees on TDY assignment who are laid off under Section 4.7, such layoff will become effective upon their return to Ft. Xxxxxx or within five (5) calendar days whichever is sooner, if a replacement is required.
