Classified Personnel Requests and Change in Work Forms. The District shall provide the Chapter President or designee with written notification, on the appropriate forms, of formal District classified personnel requests and formal changes in classified work schedules or assignments. The CSEA President or designee shall acknowledge receipt of information on forms for Classified Personnel Requests and Change in Work Schedule or Assignment.
