Common use of Classroom/Workplace Observation Clause in Contracts

Classroom/Workplace Observation. The School Xxxx or approved Administrator shall conduct one (1) classroom/workplace observation at a time to be determined by the faculty member. The sole purpose of this Classroom/Workplace Observation will be on teaching methodology and classroom management. Observation shall be a minimum of thirty minutes to evaluate the faculty member’s performance in accordance with established criteria for the assignment.
