Clause 33 Sample Clauses
Clause 33 establishes the procedures and requirements for making changes to the contract after it has been signed. Typically, this clause outlines how amendments must be proposed, agreed upon by all parties, and documented—often requiring written consent or formal addenda. Its core function is to ensure that any modifications to the original agreement are clearly authorized and recorded, thereby preventing misunderstandings or disputes about the contract’s terms.
