Reference source not found. does not apply to the extent that: 17.2.1. disclosure is required by law or by order of any competent court or tribunal; 17.2.2. information is in the possession of the Framework Authority without restriction as to its disclosure prior to its disclosure by the Contractor; 17.2.3. information is obtained from a third party (who lawfully acquired it) without restriction as to its disclosure; 17.2.4. information is already in the public domain at the time of disclosure otherwise than by a breach of the Framework Agreement; or 17.2.5. information is independently developed without access to the Contractor Sensitive Information.
