Ownership of Facilities a) The Member shall own and be solely responsible for all expense, installation, maintenance, and operation of all facilities, including all power generating facilities, at and beyond the point of delivery as defined in the Cooperative’s tariffs.
Ownership of Goods The Customer expressly warrants to the Company that it is the owner or the authorised agent of the goods and that it is authorised to accept and does accept this Agreement not only for itself but also for and on behalf of all other persons who are or may hereafter become interested in the goods.
OWNERSHIP OF ACCESS DEVICES Your Card and/or any other Account access device will remain Our property and any such Card or other Account access device We may issue may be cancelled or its use restricted by Us at any time without notice, except as may be required by applicable law. Ownership of Acquired Property Except to the extent that a specific provision of this contract states to the contrary, the State shall own all intellectual property acquired or developed under this contract and all equipment purchased by the Engineer or its subcontractors under this contract. All intellectual property and equipment owned by the State shall be delivered to the State when the contract terminates, or when it is no longer needed for work performed under this contract, whichever occurs first.
Information regarding Interconnection Facilities 4.2.1 The SPD shall be required to obtain all information from the STU/CTU/concerned authority with regard to the Interconnection Facilities as is reasonably necessary to enable it to design, install and operate all interconnection plant and apparatus on the SPD’s side of the Delivery Point to enable delivery of electricity at the Delivery Point. The transmission of power up to the point of interconnection where the metering is done for energy accounting shall be the responsibility of the SPD at his own cost.
Ownership of Equipment Any equipment purchased by or furnished to the Grantee by the State under this grant agreement is provided on a loan basis only and remains the property of the State.
Operations Logs Seller shall maintain a complete and accurate log of all material operations and maintenance information on a daily basis. Such log shall include, but not be limited to, information on power production, fuel consumption, efficiency, availability, maintenance performed, outages, results of inspections, manufacturer recommended services, replacements, electrical characteristics of the generators, control settings or adjustments of equipment and protective devices. Seller shall maintain this information for at least two (2) years and shall provide this information electronically to Buyer within one day of Buyer’s request.
