Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.
Measuring Period means the period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ended on the last day of the Fiscal Quarter most recently ended as to which operating statements with respect to a Real Property have been delivered to the Lenders.
measuring device means any method, procedure, process, device, apparatus or installation that enables the quantity of water services provided to be quantified and includes any method, procedure or process whereby the quantity is estimated or assumed;
Measurement Point means the emission source for which continuous emission measurement systems (CEMS) are used for emission measurement, or the cross-section of a pipeline system for which the CO2 flow is determined using continuous measurement systems;
Measuring Date means November 18, 2010.
Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.
INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.
Routing Point means the location which a LEC has designated on its own network as the homing or routing point for traffic inbound to Exchange Service provided by the LEC which bears a certain NPA-NXX designation. The Routing Point is employed to calculate mileage measurements for the distance-sensitive transport element charges of Switched Access services. The Routing Point need not be the same as the Rating Point, nor must it be located within the Rate Center area, but must be in the same LATA as the NPA-NXX.
Net metering period means the 12-month period following the date of final interconnection of the
Equity Conditions Measuring Period means each day during the period beginning twenty (20) Trading Days prior to the applicable date of determination and ending on and including the applicable date of determination.
Rating Point means the V&H coordinates associated with a particular telephone number for rating purposes.
Vapor balance system means a combination of pipes or hoses which create a closed system between the vapor spaces of an unloading tank and a receiving tank such that vapors displaced from the receiving tank are transferred to the tank being unloaded.
Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).
Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;
Metric means a) when referenced in the context of a Named User, the individual Named User category and type (and corresponding Named User definition setting for such Named User’s use rights) as further described in Section 2.1 hereof -and- b) when referenced in the context of a Package, the individual business metric corresponding with each Package as further described in Section 2.2 hereof;
Service Switching Point (SSP) is a telephone central office switch equipped with a Signaling System 7 (SS7) interface.
H-point means the pivot centre of the torso and thigh of the H-point machine when installed in a vehicle seat in accordance with Annex 12. Once determined in accordance with the procedure described in Annex 12, the "H" point is considered fixed in relation to the seat-cushion structure and is considered to move with it when the seat is adjusted.
Net metering system means a facility for the production of electrical energy that:
Sound level meter means an instrument which includes a microphone, amplifier, RMS detector, integrator or time averager, output meter, and weighting networks used to measure sound pressure levels.
Tare Weight means the weight of an empty shipping container, excluding all materials used for wrapping, cushioning, banding, waterproofing, packaging, blocking and bracing articles within the exterior container.
Vehicle measuring attitude means the position of the vehicle as defined by the co-ordinates of fiducial marks in the three-dimensional reference system.
Calibration gas means a gas mixture used to calibrate gas analysers.
Outputs means the goods or services that are produced by an entity or other person;
Measurement Time means 11:59 p.m. on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date.
Flash point means the lowest temperature of a liquid at which its vapours form a flammable mixture with air;
Net gallons means the amount of motor fuel measured in gallons when adjusted to a temperature of
