Common use of Clawback Provisions Clause in Contracts

Clawback Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement to the contrary, Executive agrees that incentive-based compensation or other amounts paid to Executive pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement or arrangement with Company will be subject to clawback under any Company clawback policy that is applicable to all senior executives of Company (including any such policy adopted by Company pursuant to applicable law, government regulation or stock exchange listing requirement).

Clawback Provisions. Notwithstanding any other provision in of this Agreement to the contrary, Executive agrees acknowledges that any incentive-based compensation or other amounts paid to Executive pursuant to this Agreement or any other agreement or arrangement with the Company which is subject to recovery under any law, government regulation, or stock exchange listing requirement will be subject to such deductions and clawback under as may be required to be made pursuant to such law, government, regulation, or stock exchange listing requirement (or any Company clawback policy that is applicable to all senior executives of Company (including any such policy adopted by the Company pursuant to applicable any such law, government regulation or stock exchange listing requirement).,
