Clean Development Mechanism Benefit. The proceeds of carbon credit from approved CDM project shall be shared between the SPD and Procurer as per regulations of the CERC. All costs and expenses relating to registering the project as a CDM project with the relevant Government Authority shall be solely borne by the SPD.
