Evidence of Insurance Cover. All insurances obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Article 32 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to the Authority, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to the Authority.
Evidence of Insurance Cover. 20.3.1 All insurances obtained by the Contractor in accordance with this Article 20 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 10 (ten) days from the Appointed Date, the Contractor shall furnish to the Authority notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty-five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Contractor to the Authority. The Contractor shall act in accordance with the directions of the Authority. Provided that the Contractor shall produce to the Authority the insurance policies in force and the receipts for payment of the current premia.
20.3.2 The Contractor shall ensure the adequacy of the insurances at all times in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Evidence of Insurance Cover. 9.2.1 The TSP shall furnish to the Nodal Agency copies of certificates and policies of the Insurances, as and when the Nodal Agency may seek from the TSP as per the terms of Article 9.1
Evidence of Insurance Cover. The Concessionaire shall, from time to time, provide to the Concessioning Authority copies of all insurance policies (or appropriate endorsements, certifications or other satisfactory evidence of insurance) obtained by the Concessionaire in accordance with this Agreement.

The Contractor shall act in accordance with the directions of the Authority.
18.3.2 The Contractor shall procure and ensure the adequacy of the insurances at all times in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Evidence of Insurance Cover. 18.4.1 All insurance obtained by the Facility Manager in accordance with this Article shall be maintained with insurer or reinsurers and on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice.
18.4.2 Within 45 (forty five) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Facility Manager shall furnish to Authority, copies of certificates of insurance, copies of the insurance policies signed by an authorised representative of the insurer and copies of all premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance received from each insurance carrier and such insurance will not be cancelled, changed or not renewed until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after written notice of such cancellation, change of non-renewal has been received by Authority.
Evidence of Insurance Cover. 9.2.1 The TSP shall furnish to the Lead Long Term Transmission Customer copies of certificates and policies of the Insurances as soon as they are effected and renewed by or on behalf of the TSP from time to time in terms of Article 9.1

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Supplier shall furnish to the Utility, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Supplier to the Utility .

Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any insurance cover, the Concessionaire shall furnish to Maha-Metro, notarised true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premia payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Concessionaire to Maha- Metro.
Evidence of Insurance Cover. 18.3.1 No later than 45 (forty five) days from the Execution Date, the Operator shall by notice furnish to the Authority, in reasonable detail, information in respect of the insurances that it proposes to effect and maintain in accordance with the provisions hereof. Within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of such notice, the Authority may require the Operator to effect and maintain such other insurances as may be necessary pursuant hereto, and in the event of any difference or disagreement relating to any such insurance, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall apply;
18.3.2 All insurances obtained by the Operator in accordance with this Article 18 shall be maintained with insurers on terms consistent with Good Industry Practice. Within 15 (fifteen) days of obtaining any Insurance Cover, the Operator shall furnish to the Authority, notarized true copies of the certificate(s) of insurance, copies of insurance policies and premium payment receipts in respect of such insurance, and no such insurance shall be cancelled, modified, or allowed to expire or lapse until the expiration of at least 45 (forty five) days after notice of such proposed cancellation, modification or non-renewal has been delivered by the Operator to the Authority;
18.3.3 If the Operator fails to procure and maintain the insurance for which it is responsible pursuant hereto, Authority may take or keep in force any such insurance, and pay such premium, and in such an event shall have the right to seek reimbursement or recover such costs from the Operator thereof.
