CLEAN TEAM MEMBERS. 1.1 The Clean Team shall be made up of those employees of Cobham and representatives of AIC, as well as certain advisers, who the Parties have agreed in writing to include in Schedule 1, as may be amended from time to time, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1.4 ("Clean Team Members").
CLEAN TEAM MEMBERS. 1.1 The Clean Teams shall be made up of those employees and representatives of the Receiving Party, as well as certain advisers, whom the Parties have agreed in writing to include in Annex 1 (and as may be amended from time to time in accordance with the provisions of this Section 1) (“Clean Team Members”).
CLEAN TEAM MEMBERS. 3.1 The Clean Team Members as at the date of this Agreement are limited to the Acquirer's Related Persons as are set out in Schedule 1 to this Agreement.
CLEAN TEAM MEMBERS. No Clean Team Member has responsibility for the day-to-day marketing, sales or operations of Purchaser.
