Clean the premises. At the end of the Lease term, Lessees are responsible for the professional steam cleaning of all flooring and carpeting, professional cleaning of all blinds, and professional steam cleaning of patios and stairways. At the conclusion of the Lease, the Premises shall be returned to the same level of cleanliness as it was at the inception of tenancy all as required by California Civil Code section 1950.5
