Clean Venue. 10.3.1. During the CITY EVENT, the EVENT VENUE shall be free from advertising by third party which are not commercial partners having acquired commercial rights in connection with the TOUR or the CITY EVENT, excluding for concession services duly licensed by the ORGANISER.
