Common use of CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing Clause in Contracts

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

CLEC Provided Splitter – Line Sharing. 3.4.1 C.M. Freedom may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements. C.M. Freedom may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Vertex may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. BULLSEYE may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. CCI may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. US LEC may at its option purchase, install and maintain central office POTS splitters in its collocation arrangements, or that of its designated third Party. C.M. US LEC may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

BroadRiver may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Existing Collocation rules and procedures and the terms and conditions relating to Collocation set forth in Attachment 4-Central Office shall apply.

Xxxx may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Charter may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum. Ruddata may use such splitters for access to its customers and to provide digital line subscriber services to its customers using the High Frequency Spectrum.
