Line Splitting. 3.1 Line splitting shall mean that a provider of data services (a Data LEC) and a provider of voice services (a Voice CLEC) to deliver voice and data service to End Users over the same Loop. The Voice CLEC and Data LEC may be the same or different carriers.
Line Splitting. 51.1.1. Line Splitting is an arrangement between two carriers where one carrier provides the voice services and another carrier provides advanced services over an unbundled loop.
Line Splitting. CLECs may provide integrated voice and data services over the same Loop by engaging in “line splitting” as set forth in paragraph 18 of the FCC's Line Sharing Reconsideration Order (CC Docket Nos. 98-147, 96-98), released January 19, 2001. Any line splitting between two CLECs shall be accomplished by prior negotiated arrangement between those CLECs. To achieve a line splitting capability, CLECs may utilize existing supporting OSS to order and combine in a line splitting configuration an unbundled xDSL capable Loop terminated to a collocated splitter and DSLAM equipment provided by a participating CLEC, unbundled switching combined with shared transport, collocator-to- collocator connections, and available cross-connects, under the terms and conditions set forth in their Interconnection Agreement(s). The participating CLECs shall provide any splitters used in a line splitting configuration. CLECs seeking to migrate existing UNE platform configurations to a line splitting configuration using the same unbundled elements utilized in the pre-existing platform arrangement may do so consistent with such implementation schedules, terms, conditions and guidelines as are agreed upon for such migrations in the ongoing DSL Collaborative in the State of New York, NY PSC Case 00- C-0127, allowing for local jurisdictional and OSS differences.
Line Splitting. 3.1 Line splitting shall mean that a provider of data services (a Data LEC) and a provider of voice services (a Voice CLEC) to deliver voice and data service to customers over the same Loop. The Voice CLEC and Data LEC may be the same or different carriers. AT&T will provide Line Splitting over a Loop (UNE-L) purchased by TWTC in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a)(1)(ii).
3.2 AT&T must make all necessary network modifications, including providing nondiscriminatory access to OSS necessary for pre-ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing for Loops used in line splitting arrangements. The Parties may use the Change Control Process to address necessary OSS modifications.

3.6.1 To the extent TWTC is using a commingled arrangement that consists of a Loop purchased pursuant to this Agreement and Local Switching provided by AT&T pursuant to Section 271, AT&T will permit TWTC to utilize Line Splitting. AT&T shall charge the applicable line splitting rates set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement. Version: 4Q06 Standard ICA 11/30/06
3.6.2 TWTC shall provide AT&T with a signed LOA between it and the third party CLEC (Data CLEC or Voice CLEC) with which it desires to provision Line Splitting services, where TWTC will not provide voice and data services.
Line Splitting. 3.2.4.1 BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop rates, methods and procedures to operationalize a process whereby two CLECs, one being a provider of voice services (a “Voice CLEC”) and the other being a provider of data services (a “Data CLEC”) may provide services over the same loop. The loop and port over which the services are provided cannot be a loop and port combination (i.e., UNE-P), but must be individual, stand alone network elements. The Voice CLEC or the Data CLEC shall be responsible for connecting the loop and port to a CLEC-owned splitter. BellSouth shall not own or maintain the splitter used for this purpose. When such rates, methods and procedures have been developed and operationalized, then at the request of Talk America, the Parties shall amend this Agreement to incorporate the same.
Line Splitting. 3.7.1 Line splitting allows a provider of data services (a Data LEC) and a provider of voice services (a Voice CLEC) to deliver voice and data service to End Users over the same Loop. The Voice CLEC and Data LEC may be the same or different carriers.
3.7.2 In the event DPI Teleconnect provides its own switching or obtains switching from a third party, DPI Teleconnect may engage in line splitting arrangements with another CLEC using a splitter, provided by DPI Teleconnect, in a Collocation Arrangement at the central office where the loop terminates into a distribution frame or its equivalent.
Line Splitting. 79.1 Line Splitting is an arrangement between two CLECs where one CLEC provides the voice services and another CLEC provides Advanced Services over an UNE Loop. One of the CLECs will order the UNE Loop and split the loop spectrum in the CLEC’s collocation space.
79.2 Whenever CLEC’s OCN is used to order the UNE Loop, CLEC shall control the entire loop spectrum. CenturyLink will xxxx the entire charges for the UNE Loop and any other ordered services to CLEC.
Line Splitting. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section 1 of this Attachment, Verizon shall provide CBB with access to line splitting in accordance with, and subject to, the rates, terms and conditions set forth in Verizon’s PA PUC Tariff No. 216, as amended from time to time, that relate to or concern line splitting, and Verizon shall do so regardless of whether or not such rates, terms and conditions are effective ("Line Splitting"). Verizon shall provide CBB with access to Line Splitting in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law.
Line Splitting. As a part of the pre-order process, CLEC/DLEC may access Loop characteristic information through the Loop Qualification and Raw Loop Data Tools described in the Support Functions Section. The Customer of record will determine, in its sole discretion and at its risk, whether to add data services to any specific Loop.
