Common use of Client Conflicts Clause in Contracts

Client Conflicts. If this Agreement is between AEWM and related or joint clients (e.g. husband and wife, life partners, etc.), AEWM’s services will be based upon the joint goals communicated by Client to AEWM. AEWM will be permitted to rely upon instructions from either party, who has signed this Agreement as a client, with respect to disposition of the Account, unless and until such reliance is revoked in writing to AEWM. AEWM will not be responsible for any claims or damages resulting from such reliance or from any change in the status of the relationship between the clients.\
