CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND CONFLICT OF TERMS. This Centralized Contract is composed of the documents set forth below. In the case of any conflict among these documents, conflicts shall be resolved in the order of precedence indicated below.

  • CONFLICT OF TERMS Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents by specific reference to the applicable provisions of this Agreement, if any provision contained in this Agreement conflicts with any provision in any of the other Loan Documents, the provision contained in this Agreement shall govern and control.

  • INTENT OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The intent of the Contract Documents is to include all items necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work by the Design/Builder. The Contract Documents are complementary and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all; performance by the Design/Builder shall be required only to the extent consistent with the Contract Documents and reasonably inferable from them as being necessary to produce the intended results.

  • Conflict of Interest Contractor Personnel 2.5.1 The A-E shall exercise reasonable care and diligence to prevent any actions or conditions that could result in a conflict with the best interests of the COUNTY. This obligation shall apply to the A-E; the A-E’s employees, agents, and relatives; sub-tier contractors; and third parties associated with accomplishing work and PROJECTS/SERVICES hereunder.
