Direct Operation System Agency may temporarily assume operations of a Grantee’s program or programs funded under this Contract when the continued operation of the program by Xxxxxxx puts, at risk, the health or safety of clients and/or participants served by Grantee.

Business Operations Company will provide all necessary equipment, personnel and other appurtenances necessary to conduct its operations. Engineering Services Definition: Engineering Services includes any service or creative work, the adequate performance of which requires education, training and experience in the application of special knowledge in consulting, investigating, evaluating, planning and designing, engineering principles. Engineering Services covered by the Xxxxxx Architect-Engineers Act (40 U.S.C. 1102) are not covered in the primary scope of OASIS SB. PROFESSIONAL IMPROVEMENT The parties’ support the principle of continuing training of teachers, participation by teachers in professional organizations in the areas of their specialization, leaves for work on advanced degrees or special studies, foreign travel and participation in community educational projects.
