Common use of Client References Clause in Contracts

Client References. Vendors shall provide as references the names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and contact person for at least (3) representative customers, preferably within higher education. References must be for projects that are of a similar size and scope of the project anticipated in this RFP. References must not be from a person, company, or organization with any special interest, financial or otherwise, in the Vendor.
