Client Responsibilities. 2.1. You agree that you will: (i) provide, in a timely fashion, all information, assistance and facilities that we require to enable us to provide the services; (ii) provide information that is true, accurate and not misleading; (iii) use the results of the services only for the purpose for which the services are provided; (iv) advise all of our personnel who visit your premises of what is required of them in relation to health and safety, including location and use of safety equipment, emergency evacuations, and the reporting procedures for accidents and hazards and other matters.
