Client Support; Synacor Status. Client acknowledges that the continuing performance of certain Services may depend on Client’s provision of cooperation, assistance, information and access to Synacor, all as specifically outlined in this Agreement or reasonably anticipated by this Agreement. If Client fails to timely provide any of the foregoing, then Synacor will not be liable for any corresponding delay in its performance (but Synacor may be liable for delays that are not corresponding). The parties’ Contacts (designated in Section 1.1) are responsible for facilitating communication between Synacor and Client regarding all technical and business matters, except as provided in Schedules F and I.
