Common use of CLIENT TRANSFERS Clause in Contracts

CLIENT TRANSFERS. Clients are free to choose the Coach they wish to do business with. If a Client wishes to change Coaches, he or she may do so. The Client seeking to change Coaches must request the change and execute the necessary form. Coaches may also assist Clients to change Coaches by providing access to the appropriate form or by submitting the form on behalf of the Client. In addition, again, while a Client is free to choose the Coach they wish to do business with, a Coach may feel transferring a Client to a new Coach would best serve the Client (e.g. in the case of an inactive Client), if a Coach wishes to transfer the Client, the Coach may submit the change request on behalf of the Client. See the OPTAVIA Procedures for Details on Client Transfers.
