The "Client's information" clause defines the obligations and expectations regarding the information that the client provides to the service provider. Typically, this clause requires the client to supply accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the provider to perform their services effectively. For example, it may specify that the client must share relevant documents, data, or access to systems as needed for the project. The core function of this clause is to ensure that the service provider receives the information required to fulfill their duties, thereby reducing misunderstandings and delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input.
Client's information. (a) The Client must provide Viterra with all information that Viterra reasonably requires to properly record the receival of Bulk Wheat from, or to the account of, the Client, including information relating to:
(i) origin, quality, quantity, weight, type and variety; and
(ii) anticipated time and place of delivery.
(b) If required by Viterra, the Client must provide the information in writing and in the form (if any) required by Viterra.
Client's information. (a) The Client must provide the Company with all information that the Company reasonably requires for the Company to properly record the receival of Bulk Wheat from, or to the account of, the Client, including information relating to:
(i) origin, quality, quantity, weight, type and variety; and
(ii) anticipated time and place of delivery.
(b) If required by the Company, the Client must provide the information in writing and in the form (if any) required by the Company.
Client's information. As between the Parties, Client is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of, and FIS has no obligation to review for accuracy or completeness of: (i) information contained in the Organic Documents, Offering Documents, and Policies and Procedures; and (ii) any data submitted to FIS for Processing by or on behalf of Client. However, notwithstanding the foregoing, FIS shall conduct the review if and as expressly set forth in the “Profile II Services” section of Annex A to Attachment 2, or the “Miscellaneous/Other” Subsection in the “Shareholder Transactions” section of Annex A to Attachment 2.
Client's information. The Clients hereby represent and warrant that the information contained on Exhibit “A”, attached hereto and incorporated herein, is true and accurate.
Client's information. The Client shall, upon the Company's request, provide the Company with such information and documents relating to the identity of the Client and each Authorised Person, the Client's financial condition and source of funds or other related matters as the Company may require from time to time for the purposes of opening, maintaining, operating and/or closing any Account. The Client agrees that the Company may rely on information provided in the Account Opening Form until the Company has received notice from the Client regarding any changes therein. The Client shall promptly notify the Company in writing of any material changes in the information provided by or on behalf of the Client pursuant to the Agreement or any agreement entered into pursuant to the Agreement or relating to any Account.

Client's information. 10.1 The Client confirms that the information contained in the Client Agreement or otherwise supplied by or on behalf of the Client to the Broker in connection with the opening of a margin account is complete, true and correct. The Broker is entitled to rely on such information until written notice from the Client of any changes therein has been received. The Client shall notify the Broker forthwith and the Broker shall notify the Client forthwith of any material changes in any information supplied in accordance with the Client Agreement and this Agreement.
10.2 The Client authorizes the Broker to conduct a credit enquiry or check on the Client for the purpose of ascertaining the financial situation and investment objectives of the Client.
10.3 Whilst the Client expects the Broker to keep confidential all matters relating to the margin account(s), the Client expressly agrees that the Broker may, if requested by the Exchange or the SFC, provide them with details of the margin account(s), in order to assist the Exchange and the SFC with any investigation or enquiry it is undertaking from time to time.
Client's information. Client has provided CV with information about the business. I understand that CV has not verified such information for accuracy and that the information provided to CV by the client may not be complete or may not provide me with all the information necessary for me to accurately evaluate the condition of such business. It will be up to me to determine what information requires proper evaluation regarding the business I am interested in purchasing. I understand that CV and its agents are not experts in the management and operation of the businesses that they offer for sale and that the information provided, whether oral or written, may not provide a complete and accurate picture of the operation of the business offered by CV. I agree to waive, release and/or hold harmless CV and its agents from any causes of action, claims, demands or damages against CV or its agents by reason of the inaccuracy or incompleteness of any information provided me with respect to any business I might purchase.
Client's information. (a) The Client and FHK shall notify each other forthwith of any material changes in the information supplied in the Agreement and the Client Information Statement.
(b) The Client shall immediately on demand supply to FHK such financial and other information relating to the Client (or, where applicable, relating to the shareholder(s) and/or to the beneficial owner(s) of the Client) as FHK may, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason therefore, require.
(c) The Client further acknowledges that the HKFE Rules and the rules or regulations of other Exchange on which FHK enters into Futures Contracts or Option Contracts on behalf of the Client may require the disclosure of information relating to the Client and/or the Account. The Client hereby irrevocably authorizes FHK, without further notice to or consent from the Client, to disclose to the relevant authorities all such information and to provide such authorities with all such documents (or copies thereof) in FHK's possession as may be required for this purpose, including without limitation the names and the ultimate beneficial identity of the Client, the large open positions held on behalf of the Client, and the financial position of the Client for the time being as may be known to FHK.
